“She has an angelic voice. Her voice suits mainstream Bollywood heroine. I approached her for the song, she loved the idea and came on board. It was in flat two hours that she recorded the song, she is professional,” Himesh said.
“She has done justice to every word, every note, it’s her debut song and she has done a fantastic job. She is talented,” he added.
The composer draws a contrast between Salmaan and Iulia and calls both of them “perfectionists”.

“Salman understands music. He is a big star. He sings from the heart and so does she (Iulia), so this is the similarity between them. It’s important to sing from heart as it touches one’s heart. Both are perfectionist as well.”

Iulia, who was present at the event surprised everyone with her singing skills as she sang the original Romanian track of “Teri Meri” song from Salman’s film ‘Bodyguard’.

She revealed that she used to sing this song to her parents. The Romanian beauty further said it was because of the ‘Sultan’ star that she was introduced to India.
“I love India. I always wanted to come here since I was a kid because I used to read so many stories about the country and I was very fascinated with the place. The first feeling I had when I stepped on this land was like home,” she said.

“The energy, the vibe of this place was so good and so welcoming. When I left from India, I cried. I cried because I didn’t want to leave this land. But life brought me back. So I am happy for that. There were rumours that I didn’t like India or its culture but it’s not correct. I love this place, I love the people and I am grateful to all the people I have met here,” she added.
