Chhotepur’s Apna Punjab Party (APP) ties up with National Freedom Movement
Apna Punjab Party announces alliance with National Freedom Movement in the upcoming 2017 Punjab elections.
During a press conference here, AAP president Sucha Singh Chhotepur said his party would tie up with all like minded people.
NFP President Amlan Biswas, who was earlier associated with Vivekanada foundations said his party was launched recently said they would extend support to APP in Punjab Elections.
Earlier, Chhotepur announced party in charges from different wings: Parminder Kaur ( Women’s Wing), Balwant Singh Bath( Legal Wing ), Amandeep Singh Boparai (intellectual wing),Iqbal Gajjan (cultural wing) and Col Jasjit Singh Gill (media wing). RR Bhardwaj has been appointed chairman for five- member Menifesto Committee. The party also named five membered manifesto committee.
The party also named nine spokespersons, including Hardeep Singh Kingra, Jasveer Singh Dhaliwaal and RR Bhardwaj.
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), ex-convener Sucha Singh Chhotepur had launched a new regional political outfit — Apna Punjab Party (APP) — that will field or support candidates on all the 117 seats in the forthcoming assembly polls.
At the launch of the party at a press conference, Chhotepur had said that all like-minded parties and individuals were welcome to join his party or ally with it for the creation of a “Punjab Progressive Alliance (PPA)” for the polls. He said to begin with, the party was joining hands with the group of suspended AAP MP Dr Dharamvira Gandhi.
