AAP and Congress promises are unrealistic, says SAD
Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) today claimed that AAP and Congress in order to pander to vote bank are making false and unrealistic promises. In a statement, SAD Manifesto head and former Union Minister Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa said that both AAP and Congress are making wild promises because the chances of their win is very low.
He said that SAD being expected to victorious is playing cards with mind because they know whatever they promised they have to fulfil in at later stage, hence promises needs to be very much real.
He also said that AAP head and Chief Minister of Delhi that he should first announce agricultural loan waiver in Delhi which have very low population of farmers before venturing and promising Punjab’s farmers. And same is the case of Capt Amarinder Singh, he asked him that what about the farmers of Karnataka and Himachal Pradesh which have government of Congress and still the farmers are suffering.
The AAP on Sunday promised to dismantle liquor mafia, end the “raid-raj” and introduce a slew of incentives to “revive” trade and industry in Punjab, including tax holidays for some sectors, if it was voted to power in the upcoming Assembly elections. However AAP has been unable to accomplish any of these things in Delhi where they rule with absolute majority.
