AAP to announce remaining candidates by mid-November
The Aam Aadmi Party will announce all its candidates within this month. With the announcement of this AAP’s Punjab dialogue committee, chairman of AAP’s Punjab Dialogue Committee, Kanwar Sandhu said on that the party will announce its remaining candidates in the coming period of this month. The party has already announced 61 candidates in the state out of a total 117 seats.
Sandhu basically organised a press conference to give away the details of the visit of Arvind Kejriwal which will be starting from October 23. He said that after discussing the 21 point traders’ manifesto Arvind Kejriwal will meet the other industrialists and traders in Punjab.
He is coming with full packed schedule as on Sunday evening he will address the traders at Mandi in Gobindnagar. On Monday he will visit Gurudwara Damdama Sahib in Talwandi and will interact with the traders of Bathinda and Jalandhar. On Tuesday first he will visit Batala in the morning and then Mohali to meet the industrialists and traders.
When asked about the possibility of getting Navjot Sidhu and his wife into the AAP, Sandhu said he had met Sidhu twice and also talked to Pargat Singh several times. “But for the past 10 days, there has been no talk with them,” he said.
Accompanied by the Party’s head of Trade and Industry wing Aman Arora, Sandhu said that the manifesto was formed after the suggestions from all the traders and industrialists. And it protects the motto that it is in the favour of all.
