These 3 SIMPLE exercises would help to TONE that LOOSE FLABBY ARMS


 

    1. PUSHUPS – It is excellent in building strength to the arms, and helps to work the muscles in the arms to tone up.  Do this exercise with palms on the floor and push your weight up against your body. (It can be done with knees bent ot make it easy.

 

    1. TRICEP DIPS – It’s the BACK ARM MUSCLES which are WAY FLABBY  Do this exercise with palms placed back of the body.  It can be done on a bench, table, chair, or yoga mat

TO START, perform EVERY OTHER DAY at least 30 repetitions for one month, your upper arms will no longer have those ugly FLABBY ARMS!
